Postage and shipping.
UK shipping is a flat fee of £3.99 unless you order over £25, we then offer free delivery.
All orders are tracked. a tracking reference for Evri will be emailed to you once goods are dispatched. All orders will be shipped within 24hrs of receipt.
Orders to Europe have a flat fee of £4.99 for orders under £25, as with UK shipping all orders are tracked.
Orders to UK addresses should arrive 2-4 working days after we have dispatched your parcel.
For orders to Europe we expect your orders to arrive in 3-5 working days.

Returns.
We truly hope you love our products, but on the off chance that you change your mind and wish to cancel an order you can return your order up to 30 days after receipt. Please send an email to enquiries@soothesoul.co.uk to inform us and ship to the address below

Please include details of your order number, reason for return, and if you would like a refund or exchange. Once the product has been returned to us and it is established that it is unused, we will issue a refund of the product costs. Please return all product in original packaging.
Faulty and Incorrect product.
We do everything in our power to ensure the correct goods arrive undamaged, but we understand that unfortunately things happen outside our control.
Therefore, please email us at enquiries@soothesoul.co.uk and let us know what the problem is, supplying photographs of the issue. We will respond within 24hrs and if we need the product returned we will arrange for a label to be sent out to you for the return shipping. Costs will be covered by Soothesoul.
If it is concluded that the product is defective and the fault is not due to misuse, use against the manufacturer’s recommendations or reasonable wear and tear, we will issue a full refund.
